Description
of the property: Building # 41 Building #41 is a one-story rigid steel frame warehouse building, built in 1983, containing 12,071 square feet of gross floor area. The interior clearance is 22 feet high at the center of the roof and 20 feet at the eaves. Construction is steel roof joists, purlins, and steel column roof supports spaced 20 feet apart along the center of the structure. The exterior walls are painted vertical metal panels, supported by a poured concrete parapet wall 3 feet high. The roof is double pitched covered with raised seam-type metal panels. The roof and sidewalls are completely insulated with fiberglass batts. There is a concrete reinforced indoor loading dock that can accommodate two trucks. There are two 12 x 14 foot overhead doors on the north and south ends of the building. The south end door is at ground elevation. The building is heated with restrooms.
