Description
of the property: Building # 31 Building #31 is a steel frame and masonry construction warehouse built in 1973. The building measures 120 x 300 feet and contains 36,000 square feet of gross floor area. The floors are poured concrete. The concrete block curtain walls are surmounted by fiberglass sidelights on all sides. There is a common wall with Building #30, (300 lineal feet). The ceiling structure is open steel construction, with roof support columns spaced 40 feet apart down the center of the building. The clearance is 16 feet. The roof is a metal deck with insulated, fully adhered EPDM roof, new in 1996. There is a wood enclosed break area and restroom measuring 10 x 21 feet, (120 square feet). There is a concrete loading dock on the front of the building measuring 10 x 20 feet with a metal canopy measuring 14 x 20 feet. Access to the dock is through a 12 x 12 foot wood section overhead door. There is (1) metal-clad pedestrian door.
