Description
of the property: Building # 29 Building #29 is a steel frame and masonry construction warehouse built in 1962. It measures 120 x 200 feet, and contains 24,000 square feet of gross floor area. The floors are poured concrete. The concrete block curtain walls are surmounted by fiberglass sidelights. There is a common wall with Building #20, (200 lineal feet). The ceiling is open steel I-beam and bar joist construction, and clearance is 20 feet. The steel pipe roof support columns are spaced 40 feet apart along the length and width of the warehouse.
