Description
of the property: Building # 28 Building #28 is a pre-engineered (Star Brand), rigid steel frame warehouse built in 1970. The building measures 120 x 286 feet, and contains 34,320 square feet of gross floor area. The floors are poured concrete. The walls are painted vertical steel panels with fiberglass sidelights along the north and south walls. The ceiling is steel frame with purlins, and insulated. The steel column roof supports are spaced 24 feet along the center of the structure. The interior clearance is 20 feet. The roof is double pitch; the roof cover is steel, with eaves troughs and downspouts. There is a 12 x 26 foot wood enclosed office space near the front of the warehouse, with paneled partitions and concrete floors. The office also contains restroom facilities. There is a concrete loading dock across the front of the building, measuring 70 feet long by 10 feet deep. There is a 12 x 33 foot metal canopy over the dock. Access to the dock is through (2) 10 x 10 foot wood section overhead doors, and (1) metal covered pedestrian door. There are (2) 10 x 10 foot wood section overhead doors on the south wall leading to a rail siding, and a 4 x 10 foot dock with canopy. There is a 12 x 14 foot section overhead door in the rear wall and a metal pedestrian door leading to a concrete ramp.
