Description
of the property: Building # 27 Building #27 is a pre-engineered (Star Brand), rigid steel frame warehouse building, built in 1968. The warehouse measures 120.5 x 50 feet, and contains 6,025 square feet of gross floor area. The clear span interior is 20 feet high. The foundation is concrete and concrete block. Walls are painted steel panels, with fiberglass sidelights on the east and west walls. The ceiling is open frame construction with steel purlins. The roof is of metal panel type. The building is equipped with eaves troughs and downspouts. There is a concrete loading dock on the front of the warehouse measuring 4 feet wide by 16 feet long. A metal lean-to type canopy covers the dock. There are (2) 10 x 10 foot wood section overhead doors with electric openers, and (1) metal covered pedestrian door. The south loading dock has rail siding serviced by CN North America. For purposes of description, the various segments of the improvements are separated as follows:
