Description
of the property: Building # 26 Building #26 is a pre-engineered (“American” Brand) rigid steel frame warehouse erected in 1965. The building measures 50 x 160 feet, and contains 8,000 square feet or gross floor area. The floors are poured concrete with sealer. The walls are painted vertical metal panels with fiberglass sidelights in the east and west walls. The roof is supported on open steel members with steel purlins, and is double itch with a ridge vent running the entire length. The building has eaves troughs and downspouts. The internal clearances are 12 foot at the eaves, and 14 foot at the center. There is a concrete loading dock on the south end of the warehouse measuring 320 square feet. The dock abuts a rail siding. Access to the dock is through a 10 x 10 foot metal section overhead door. There is a second 10 x 10 foot metal section overhead door on the opposite end of the building.
