Description
of the property: Building # 22 Building #22 is a pre-engineered rigid steel frame warehouse erected in 1962. The building measures 52 x 145 feet, and contains 7, 540 square feet of gross floor area. The floors are poured concrete with sealer, and are not dock height. The walls are painted corrugated metal panels with fiberglass sidelights. The interior walls are lined with wood approximately eight feet in height. The ceiling is open steel trusses with wood purlins. The roof is corrugated metal double pitch. The inside clearance is 12 foot at the eaves and 16 foot in the center. There is a concrete ramp in the south end of the warehouse from floor level to dock height at the door, which is a 10 x 10 foot metal sliding door. There is an identical door on the north end of the warehouse, which services the rail spur. For purposes of description, the various segments of the improvements are separated as follows:
