Description
of the property: Building # 21 Building #21 is a steel frame warehouse building, measuring 120 x 158.6 feet, and contains 19,032 square feet of gross floor area. It has concrete block curtain walls surmounted by fiberglass sidelights on three sides. The building shares a common wall with Behnke Warehouse #20 to the west. The ceiling structure is steel beams with bar joists, supporting a steel deck with a built-up cover. Steel columns spaced 40 feet apart along both the length and width of the structure support the roof structure. Inside clearance is 20 feet throughout. The floors are not of dock height, and there is an inclined ramp in the front of the building leading to an outside concrete loading dock measuring 12 feet wide by 6 feet deep. The dock has a steel canopy type cover. Access to the dock is through a 10-foot wide x 12-foot high wood section overhead door with electric opener. There are two 10 x 10 foot wood section overhead doors on the rear wall leading to a rail spur between this building and building #17. There is one metal covered pedestrian door on the rear of the warehouse. There is a 7 x 13 foot wood-walled area in the front of the warehouse, containing a small office and restroom. The office has a concrete floor and fluorescent light. For purposes of description, the various segments of the improvements are separated as follows:
