# 14 Subject property is located at 71 Grand Trunk Avenue, Battle Creek, Michigan; identified as Behnke Warehouse Building #14, and consists of a concrete block warehouse built in 1954 and 1971. The original portion measures 66.1 x 120.5 feet, and contains 7,965 square feet of gross floor area. The 1971 addition measures 21.2 x 99.3 feet, and contains 2,105 square feet of gross floor area. The floors are poured concrete. The walls are concrete block with face brick on the front of the original building. The ceiling structure is open steel beams and bar joists in the original building bar joists in the addition. The original building has steel roof support columns are spaced 20 feet apart along the center. Ceiling heights are 10.5 feet. There is an enclosed office area in the front of the older building containing 824 square feet. The (2) restrooms located in the office area are accessible. Access to the building is through (2) 10 x 10 foot metal section overhead doors; one equipped with an electric opener, and three metal clad pedestrian doors.
