of the property: Building
# 9 Subject property is located at 55 Trunk Avenue, Battle Creek, Michigan; identified as Behnke Warehouse Building #9, and consists of a steel frame and concrete block warehouse built in 1955. The building measures 70 x 120.5 feet, and contains 8,435 square feet of gross floor area. The floors are poured concrete, and are not dock height. The curtain walls are concrete block, and there is a common wall with Buildings #6. The front wall is brick veneer. The ceiling structure is steel truss with wood purlins. The steel roof support columns are spaced 15 feet apart down the center of the building. There is a concrete block office area measuring 10 x 13 feet located in the front of the building. The rest room located in the office area, is not functional. The inside concrete truck well measures 13 feet wide by 29 feet long. Access to the building is through a 14 x 14 foot wood section overhead door with opener, and one clad pedestrian door.
