Description
of the property:
Buildings # 5 & # 8
The subject property is located at 77 S. Monroe and 185 E. Fountain
Streets, Battle Creek, Michigan, and consists of a truck garage, warehouse, and
office building, situated on an improved site.
The site is irregular in shape, and contains 70,300 square feet of gross
area, more or less. Topography is
level at street grade, and the sire has 216.48 feet of frontage along the
Northerly side of Fountain Street, a paved road with two-way traffic.
Monroe Street has been vacated, and the subject portion is currently
being used by the adjoining operation for ingress and egress.
The improvements consist of Building #5 (77 S. Monroe Street), and
Building #8 (185 E. Fountain Street). Building #5 is a 30 to 35 year old
